Crypto services will undergo scheduled maintenance from 18 October, 3:00 – 6:00 pm (GMT) to enhance your trading experience.
What to expect: 1. You will experience brief interruptions in cryptocurrency trading on Deriv MT5, Deriv cTrader, and Deriv Trader. 2. You can continue trading in all other markets, including Derived Indices. 3. Open positions will remain active. Your deposits, withdrawals, and transfers will not be affected.
What you should do: 1. Review and manage your open positions before maintenance begins. Modifying or closing positions on cryptocurrencies won’t be possible during scheduled maintenance.
Our services will be back online as soon as maintenance is complete.
